(In accordance with Circular 30/2012/TT-BGTVT by Ministry of Transport)
1. Explosives, explosive materials (bomb, mine, detonators, fuses, fireworks, …) Ammunition unless brought for personal use not exceeding 05kg; securely packed; accepted by Operators and relevant countries.
2. Flammable items in form of solid, liquid, gas, flammable materials or chemicals.
3. Other dangerous items:
- Briefcases, bags, safes and other things attached with alarms.
- Batteries except for: those of a wheelchair or other devices for movement of disabled people which is securely packed and accepted by operator; those of personal electronic device carried in person, with cabin baggage or with checked luggage.
- Cardio machines, drugs containing radioactive materials.
- High heat generating equipment as welders, diving lights, dryer.
- Hair curling machine containing hydrocarbon gas, unless the heat generating components having safety cap; one machine for each passenger to be carried in person, with cabin baggage or with hold baggage.
- Scuba except for: small oxygen tank for patient use which is accepted by operators, to be carried in person, in cabin baggage or in hold baggage; non toxic, non-flammable Scuba used for artificial limbs during the flight to be carried in person, with cabin baggage or with hold baggage.
- Manometer, thermometer mercury
- Dry ice unless accepted by operator and with total weight not exceeding 2.5kg per person.
- Matches, lighters
- Drinks with alcoholic level from 40%; for under 40% alcoholic drinks, each passenger is allowed to bring not exceeding 5 liters contained in smaller than 5 liter container.
- Medicines, hairspray, perfume, alcoholic lotions without radioactive materials even contained in spray container, except for the total amount not exceeding 2kg or 2 liters and not exceeding 0.5kg or 0.5 liter for each type for one person.
- Poisons, infectious substances, corrosives, radioactive materials, oxidising substances, other organic detergents.
